TenderOverview
Tender is a way to spend stablecoins on everyday online shopping without cashing out to a bank. You fund a vault with USDG, the dollar stablecoin on Robinhood Chain, paste a product link, approve one quote, and Tender buys the item from the store and ships it to your US address.

How it works
An order moves through six steps. The first three are yours; Tender does the rest.
Deposit USDG
Connect MetaMask on Robinhood Chain and deposit USDG into your vault. A new deposit becomes spendable 30 minutes after it arrives.
Paste a product link
Share a link from Amazon, Walmart, Target or Best Buy in the Shop tab. The assistant reads the product and prepares a quote.
Approve with one signature
Review the itemised quote and sign once in your wallet. That signature authorises exactly this amount for this order, and nothing else.
Tender buys it
Tender holds the approved amount in your vault, pays the store directly and places the order.
Proof and tracking
Your Orders tab shows the store's order number and a screenshot of the order confirmation, then the carrier and tracking number once it ships.
Delivered
The order completes when the parcel arrives. If anything goes wrong before purchase, the held amount returns to your vault.
The vault
TenderVault is a smart contract on Robinhood Chain that holds your USDG on your behalf. It is built so that Tender can never move your money on its own.
- Who can withdraw
- Only you, at any time, for any amount not held against an order.
- What Tender can do
- Hold the exact amount you signed for, for the order you signed for. A hold can't exceed your signature.
- Deposit hold
- New deposits are spendable after 30 minutes, a standard fraud safeguard.
- If Tender disappears
- Any hold older than 14 days can be released by you directly on-chain, without Tender. It works even if the vault is paused.
- Allowances
- Depositing approves exactly the amount you deposit, never an unlimited allowance.

Pricing & fees
Every quote is itemised, and the total you approve is the total you pay. A quote is held for 10 minutes; after that, ask for a fresh one.

- Shipping
- The store's shipping for your order.
- Tax
- Sales tax for your shipping state.
- Purchasing cost
- What it costs Tender to pay the store, passed through at cost.
- Tender fee
- 3.5% of the item price, with a $1.50 minimum.
Some stores can't always be priced automatically. When that happens, someone at Tender prices it by hand and the quote appears in your chat. You're never charged for a quote you don't approve.
Limits
Tender is in its launch period, so orders are capped while volumes grow. Limits are enforced on the server for every order.

Confirm your email in Settings to get the verified check next to your wallet. Verified accounts become eligible for higher limits as they're rolled out.
$TENDER holder tiers
Holding $TENDER lowers what you pay to shop with Tender. Your tier comes from the $TENDER in your wallet (and staked, once staking is live), read from Robinhood Chain.

- No Tender fee on your first $300 of orders each calendar month, then half off. Orders and hand-priced items handled first.
Perks apply at checkout once you've held your tier for the holding period shown on your tier badge, so a balance bought just before an order doesn't count. Discounts apply to Tender's fee only, never to the item, shipping or tax. If your balance can't be read at checkout, the normal fee applies.
The AI assistant
The assistant is the conversation layer on top of a fixed, rules-based purchase flow. It helps you find and price things; it never decides where your money goes.
What it does

What it can't do
- Place an order or move funds
- Set or change a price
- Override your limits or approvals
- Promise delivery dates it wasn't given
Orders & proof
"Ordered" should mean something you can check. Once Tender places your order, the Orders tab shows:
- Store order number
- For example, Amazon order #114-3187059-2078630, with a copy button.
- Order confirmation
- A screenshot of the store's confirmation page. Tender's account and payment details are hidden.
- Tracking
- The carrier, tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page once it ships.
- Status
- Approved, Buying, Confirmed, Ordering from the store, Ordered, Shipped and Delivered, updated as it happens.
Tender ships to US addresses only. Your address is encrypted at rest and is seen only by you and the person who places your order.
Wallets & network
- Wallet
- MetaMask. Phantom can't connect to Robinhood Chain, so it isn't supported.
- Network
- Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663. Tender adds it to MetaMask for you.
- Currency
- USDG (Global Dollar), 6 decimals.
- Signing in
- One signature that proves the wallet is yours. It can't move funds. Sessions last 24 hours.
Security
Typed signatures
Every approval is an EIP-712 message bound to one quote, one amount and one expiry, so it can't be replayed or reused.
Separate sign-in
The sign-in signature uses its own domain with no contract attached, so it can never authorise a payment.
Server-side limits
Per-order, daily, weekly and store-wide caps are checked on every quote and every approval.
Sanctions screening
Wallets on the OFAC sanctions list are refused at sign-in.
Encrypted addresses
Shipping addresses are encrypted at rest.
Operator controls
Ops actions need an admin wallet plus a one-time code, and are logged.
